New Registration Guide

Complete these three steps to download WINBOX and create your account.

DOWNLOAD

Download the WINBOX App

Download the WINBOX App through the official download link.
After installation, open WINBOX and choose New User Registration.
Scan the recommender QR code, or import the QR code from your photo album.
If you do not have a referrer, select Register as a Visitor.

ACCOUNT

Create your WINBOX UID

Your UID is the username used to log in to the WINBOX App.
Create a new login ID and password on the registration page.
The UID must start with a letter, contain 6–15 characters, and its final three characters cannot all be numbers.
UID examples: abcd88 or abc1d23.
Your password needs at least six characters and may use numbers, or letters mixed with numbers. Examples: 123488 or abc123.

VERIFICATION

Bind your mobile number or email

After setting your UID and password, select Next to enter the binding page.
Enter your mobile phone number or email address.
Request and enter the verification code.
Once these steps are complete, your WINBOX account is ready.

UID

Understand your WINBOX username and recover your account access.

01What is a UID?

Your UID is the username of your WINBOX account. It identifies your account and helps protect users from account misappropriation and fraud.

Important: Your UID cannot be changed after registration.

02What should I do if I forget my UID?

Select Help at the bottom right of the login page, then choose Forgot UID.
Choose recovery by mobile phone number or email address.
Enter your mobile number or email, then use the verification code to recover your UID.

03What should I do if I forget my UID password?

Select Forgot Password on the login page.
Choose reset by mobile phone number or email address.
Enter your UID and the bound mobile number or email address to receive a verification code.
Enter your new password in both fields and select Next to complete the reset.

About Binding

Bind verified contact and banking details to support recovery and withdrawals.

01How to bind an email address

Log in to WINBOX and go to Me → Profile Picture → Email.
Enter your email address and select Send Verification Code.
Enter the verification code received by email.
Select Next to complete the binding.

02How to bind a mobile phone number

Log in to WINBOX and go to Me → Profile Picture → Mobile No.
Enter your mobile phone number and request a verification code.
Enter the verification code received by SMS.
Select Next to complete the binding.

03Why bind a mobile number or email address?

A bound mobile number or email address makes it easier to recover your UID, reset your password and receive verification codes in the future.

04How to bind a bank account

If no bank account is bound when you request a withdrawal, WINBOX will ask you to choose and add one.

Log in and go to My → Bank Account.
Select Add Bank Account.
Choose the bank type, then enter the account name and account number.
Select Next, request a verification code and enter it to complete the bank binding.

Payment PIN

Add a second security layer for transfers and withdrawals.

01What is a payment PIN?

A payment PIN is a secondary security code. You must enter it during the transfer and withdrawal process before a transaction can be completed.

02How to create a payment PIN

If you have not created a payment PIN before transferring, WINBOX will ask you to set one.

Log in to WINBOX.
Go to My → Settings → Modify Payment Code.
Enter the same six-digit payment PIN twice to confirm it.

Security tip: Do not use an easy PIN such as 123456 or 888888.

Chips

How WINBOX chips are obtained, supported and converted.

ABOUT THE CHIPS

Chips can be calculated by the system from rebates on subordinate-player bets and your own total bets.

Chips may also be obtained through occasional prize rewards on the LIONKING game platform.

A small green chip symbol on a game icon indicates chip support. Supplied examples include EKOR, Poker Win and Lion King.

Chips are a user rebate and cannot be withdrawn directly. Valid chip bets are automatically converted into credit according to platform rules.

The system dispenses daily chips to the user wallet between 15:00 and 16:00 (GMT+8).

Total bets reset daily. The supplied calculation period runs from 12:00 until 11:59 the next day.

Protect and recover your UID

Your UID is the username used to access WINBOX and normally cannot be changed. Bind a working mobile number or email so the recovery flow can verify your account.

Bind contact and bank details

Check spelling, phone country code, bank name and account number before saving. Verification codes should be entered only inside the active WINBOX screen.

Use payment PINs and chips correctly

The payment PIN protects transfers and withdrawals. WINBOX chips follow separate platform rules and are not the same as withdrawable cash balance.
